Miramar Capital Completes Acquisition of 3701 Doolittle Drive in Redondo Beach, California

Miramar Capital, in partnership with an affiliate of Garrison Investment Group announced it has completed the acquisition of 3701 Doolittle Drive, a 2-story suburban office building totaling 124,400 square feet along with a freestanding, 17,300 square foot daycare center situated on a 5.6 acre site in Redondo Beach, California. The Property is located in Redondo Beach’s Aviation Corridor with excellent freeway access, adjacency to both El Segundo and Manhattan Beach, and close proximity to LAX.

The building is 100% leased to Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) as an extension of their Space Park Campus.
