GEOFREY GUTIERREZ HAS 21 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN MULTI RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE, ENTITLEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT.

Prior to working with Miramar Capital, Mr. Gutierrez was President for Advanced Construction Engineering Services (A.C.E.S). As President for (A.C.E.S), Mr. Gutierrez performed Risk Manager and Owner representative duties for Affordable and Market Rate multi-family apartments in the Bay Area.

Prior to that, Mr. Gutierrez was a Project Manager and Preconstruction coordinator for Mill Creek Residential Trust. Prior to that, Mr. Gutierrez was Manager for Avalon Bay Real Estate Investment Trust during a 7-year period for the Northern California division building over 1500+ mixed use apartment units.

Mr. Gutierrez received his B.S. Civil Engineering degree from San Jose State University School of Engineering in 1999
