Michael Cho has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Mr. Cho is a Senior Vice President of Miramar Capital responsible for asset management of the firm’s
portfolio.
Prior to joining Miramar Capital, Mr. Cho was a Principal at Beckerton Capital, where he was responsible
for acquisitions and dispositions of core equity investments in North America. In addition, he led
investor relations activities with institutional APAC investors. Before joining Beckerton Capital, Mr. Cho
was a Director at Global Mutual. He focused on acquisition and asset management of value-add and
opportunistic office and life science assets in Raleigh, NC and Austin, TX. Before joining Global Mutual,
Mr. Cho was an asset manager at Swift Real Estate Partners where he was responsible for asset
management, property management, and leasing for the company’s value-add office projects in Silicon
Valley.
Mr. Cho received his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his B.S. from Cornell University.
